General
By placing an order on KØVA, you agree to these Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
Products
We strive to display our products and colors as accurately as possible. Slight differences may occur due to screen settings.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).
Prices may change without prior notice.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
For Cash on Delivery orders, the shipping fee must be prepaid via:
- InstaPay
- Vodafone Cash
Orders are prepared only after the shipping fee has been received.
The remaining balance is paid upon delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that:
- The item is unused.
- Original tags are attached.
- The item is returned in its original condition.
The customer is responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.
Refunds or exchanges are processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Limitation of Liability
KØVA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies or circumstances beyond our control.
