Return & Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges

At KØVA, customer satisfaction is our priority.

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unused.
  • Unwashed.
  • In its original condition.
  • With all original tags and packaging attached.

Products that show signs of use or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.

Cash on Delivery Orders

To confirm Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers are required to prepay the shipping fee before dispatch.

Shipping fees can be transferred through:

  • InstaPay
  • Vodafone Cash

Orders are prepared and shipped only after the shipping fee has been successfully received.

The remaining order value is paid upon delivery.

Return Shipping Costs

If the customer requests a return for personal reasons (including changing their mind or selecting the wrong size), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Shipping fees paid in advance are non-refundable.

Exchange Shipping Costs

If the customer requests an exchange, the customer is responsible for both the return shipping cost and the shipping cost for sending the replacement item.

Inspection & Approval

All returned products are carefully inspected after arriving at our warehouse.

Refunds or exchanges will only be approved after the returned item has been received and inspected by our quality control team.

If the product does not meet the return conditions, KØVA reserves the right to reject the request.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Once verified, KØVA will cover all shipping costs related to the replacement or return.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed after inspection using the original payment method whenever possible.

Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
